Shower

The sauna you are about to take can be the most relaxing and pleasant
part of your day. It should begin by taking a luke-warm leisurely shower.

Relax

After perspiring greatly, leave the heat room and cool off for a while.
Try to relax as much as possible

Re-enter sauna

After cooling off, re enter the sauna and when perspiration begins again,
throw first a little water on the hot stones to make dry steam, then more
if you so desire. Again, let common sense and nature tell you when to stop.

Shower again.

This time use cold water-as cold as you can stand-allowing your pores to
close. This is the part of the sauna you will enjoy the most as it is the
most exhilarating part of the sauna.

Dry off

After the sauna bath, cool off and relax until all perspiration ceases.
Do not rub-dry but allow the moisture to dry on your skin naturally. Lie
down if you can. Remember to dress warmly before going outside.
